Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between:- Laketown Sdn Bhd & Henry Butcher (M) Sdn Bhd
- Laketown Sdn Bhd & Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS)
The collaboration and signing of two Memorandum of Understandings (MOU) were successfully sealed on this day, the 10th of February 2007, between: Laketown Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of MKN Group Sdn Bhd under the EMKAY Group of Companies, and Henry Butcher (M) Sdn Bhd, a reputable property management company; and also between Laketown Sdn Bhd and the Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS).
Laketown Sdn Bhd, the developer of NeoCyber, deemed to be a fully integrated township in Cyberjaya in the very near future, has convincingly demonstrated its worth with its first phase - 63 units of shop office outlets, Biz Avenue, selling in just two days from its soft launching. A spectacular addition is The Domain Serviced Apartments, a residential development with units specially aimed at the growing number of student and working population in Cyberjaya.
The MOU between Henry Butcher (M) Sdn Bhd and Laketown Sdn Bhd relates to the provision of exclusive services (such as leasing, rental management and premise management services) by Henry Butcher to the purchasers of The Domain Serviced Apartments.
The MOU between CUCMS and Laketown Sdn Bhd relates to the provision of student accommodation at The Domain Serviced Apartments. This paves the way for purchasers to easily acquire prospective tenants upon the building’s completion at the end of 2008.
On behalf of Laketown Sdn Bhd, the MOU was signed by Mr Peter Teh, Executive Director of Laketown Sdn Bhd, and witnessed by Mr K. Mohanachandran, also an Executive Director of Laketown Sdn Bhd. On behalf of Henry Butcher (M) Sdn Bhd, the MOU was signed by Puan Fahariah Abdul Wahab, a Director of the company, and witnessed by Mr Gary Liew Chee Keong, also a Director of the company.
On behalf of CUCMS, the MOU was signed by YBhg Tan Sri Datuk Dr Haji Johari bin Mat, President of CUCMS and witnessed by Dr Mohamad Salmi Mohd Sohod, Provost of CUCMS.
In attendance was also YBhg Tan Sri Datuk Haji Mustapha Kamal bin Haji Abu Bakar, Executive Chairman of the EMKAY Group of Companies.
