Cyberjaya Fiesta
EMKAY Group of Companies (EMKAY), Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd (SHSB), Cyberview Sdn Bhd (CSB) with the collaboration of Majlis Perbandaran Sepang (MP Sepang) today sponsored and organized the Cyberjaya Fiesta for the Cyberjaya community and its surrounding areas.
The event which was held at the Fiesta Grounds, fronting the NeoCyber Sales Gallery, was jointly officiated by Tuan Azizan Mohamad Sidin, the Yang DiPertua Majlis Perbandaran Sepang and Encik Redza Rafiq, Managing Director of Cyberview Sdn Bhd, along with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, YBhg Tan Sri Datuk Hj Mustapha Kamal bin Hj Abu Bakar, who is also the Executive Chairman of the EMKAY Group of Companies. Present to witness the lively and colourful event were invitees comprising of the various multinational companies operating in Cyberjaya, government departments, universities representatives and locals from the surrounding areas.
Highlights of the event included: a performance showcase by our alluring pint-sized local artiste, Dayang Nurfaizah; an energizing rendition from the famous Jason Lo featuring Pacai on bass guitar, Aji on lead guitar and Fendi on drums; caricatures drawn by the renowned Imuda; a Drfit Demonstration and Stunt Show; the largest Flea Market ever held in Cyberjaya with over 80 stalls; remote control aeroplane demonstration; the I-Play I-Learn Children's Corner; a petting zoo; fire-eaters; a mobile hair salon and many other activities.
This event aims to bring together the working and living community of Cyberjaya and its surrounding areas to be part of the happenings in Cyberjaya. At the same time, it is an avenue for the society at large to realize the value of investing and residing in Cyberjaya. Cyberjaya is a township with endless possibilities, and opportunities are vast in strategizing to capitalize on this new township, be in in areas of investment, business or simply a picturesque town to live in.
Through this event, local investors and other related parties are invited to be part of this community-building exercise. This will also be a peek into the 5-Year Plan for Cyberjaya that is in talks - on raising the status of Cyberjaya to greater heights with the emergence of giants of the IT-world into this picturesque township. Companies such as Dell and Satyam, are growing and expanding in Cyberjaya and there will be more names to follow, hence creating jobs and other opportunities for everyone.
