Laketown Sdn. Bhd is a subsidiary of MKN Group Sdn. Bhd. MKN Group Sdn. Bhd. is headed by the Executive Chairman, Tuan Hj Ahmad Khalif b. Tan Sri Datuk Hj. Mustapha Kamal, the son of prominent developer Yg. Berbahagia Tan Sri Datuk Hj Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar, who is also the Executive Chairman of MK Land Holdings Berhad.

Laketown Sdn. Bhd. Board of Directors comprises of five Executive Directors namely Puan Felina bt Tan Sri Datuk Hj Mustapha Kamal, Mr. Peter Teh Heng Poh, Mr. K.
