- SPA (Legal fee, disbursement fee and stamping fee)) are borne by the developer if the purchaser is using the appointed SPA Service Provider.
- Loan documentation (Stamp duty, disbursement fee and loan documentation fee) are borne by the developer if attended by solicitor nominated by developer within the stipulated time.
